Simplify3D User Forum

The Program starts but after a few seconds it crash with a error Message that something happens with the RAM Adress.+

Windows 10 all Updates installed. V4.1.2 is working.

Open Windows Explorer and navigate to the following directory:

C:/Users/%USERNAME%/AppData/Local/Simplify3D/S3D-Software

You may need to enable hidden folders to access this directory. Once there, please try deleting the file called "savedState.factory". Then, open Simplify3D again.

Good to hear that deleting that file helped solve the problem. Any chance you have a copy of the problematic file that was there originally? Might help us understand what was causing this.
