V5: Per Filament settings / machine dimensions

Maybe I am to stupid to find, but as my profiles have been migrated from V4 I can not find any menu item to change the machine's bed dimension. V4 offered this via Tools -> Options -> Machine. Do I need to change in V4 and migrate again?
Additionally I was hoping that V5 will provide more filament specific settings but apparently it is still limited to temp setting. Can anyone confirm or preferably tell me that I am wrong.
Thanks for you support

You can change the build volume on the Output tab of your process settings.
What specific filament settings are you looking for?

Thanks, I was not aware of this new tab ...

From me experience there are a lot of filament specific settings:
1) hotend temp (both first layer and later on)
2) bed temp (both first layer and later on)
3) first layer height
4) first layer speed
5) cooling
While I think 1,2 and 5 are implemented filament specific I would like to see 3 and 4 filament specific as well. Currently I have to make a specific profile for printing PETG where my first layer height and speed will be different than PLA / ASA.

One setting that you need to change as a function of material is Extrusion Multiplier and thats in the Extruder settings. So if you have a multiple extruder with a different material in each you click on the extruder you want to set on the left side list and the settings all reflect that extruder. Thats a bit of a UI quirk that they ignored.

Thanks, this will help to adapt extrusion multiplier for different material but unfortunately does not solve my challenge with first layer height etc.

I believe you can make all of those settings filament settings using the new UI in V5. Click the "..." symbol to the right of the Save As New button and choose "Assign settings to categories". Then you can find all 5 of those settings and change the Auto-Configure Category to "Material". This way you could have a different first layer height for PLA, ABS, PETG, etc.

This doesn't actually work for me. Doesn't matter what values I put in the build volume boxes, when I press ok, it does not update the screen space, and continues to create incorrect coordinate gcode. Means I'm stuck with the dimensions of my big printer, and I can't slice g-code that works on my voron v0.1
Please help

Brilliant, now I can simplify my printing ... works like a charm ...
Thanks
