Missing one layer on every print?

I am missing a layer on every print I do. What would the problem be? It's about and inch high every time.

We cant help you without you posting the factory file so we can look at it

the file i'm printing wouldn't help as every single file has missed the same layer about an inch up.

Without any data to look at, I doubt anybody can help you.

Yeah a factory file and a pic of what is happening could go a long way.
