Thin wall override help

I have a couple designs that I print with relatively thin walls. I know that by default the handling of thin walls in Simplify3D is that if it is smaller than the nozzle, it doesn't print it. I need a way to override that setting. When I slice with other programs like Makerbot or Repitier it just prints a single line. This is the only thing that is preventing me from using Simplify3D as my only slicing application. Given with the the particular segment is on my models, it would not be a simple fix to only thicken the line a touch.
I've seen other people report the same issue, so if it is not available i ask that it be added as an update. Seems like it would be an easy fix with logic of if < 1 then = 1.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The first thing I tried to slice AND print after purchasing the software is
http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:548230 and ran into this exact issue. I changed extrusion width from auto to manual and set it to 0.3 (on a 0.5 nozzle) to get it to work. Ideally the "auto" option should take care of this I think.

funny, we were just having this discussion on another forum. auto only auto configures the correct width for the nozzle you are using. it doesnt adjust anything for the model. it would be nice if s3d printed a single line but currently it doesnt. there is always 2 sides to a single perimeter. hopefully this will be added in a future update. most slicers have added this feature recently.

It would be good to at minimum give a warning that some parts of the model could not be properly sliced rather than showing partial slice. In my case I could clearly see it in the preview. But that may not always be possible if the thin layer is somewhere inside. It's better to decide what to do based on the warning than print it and realize the mistake.
Of course, the ideal solution of allowing a single perimeter is always welcome.
