Ok, i think that we are all at the point that we can tell that this is not final release, but very badly made beta version with major bugs and major problems. This is far away from new version worth $60...
Since there is no info about WHEN will be getting first patches, so from my pov it can be in few years from now...is anyone else thinking of refunding for v5? I paied via PayPal so they truly dont care and they refund for pretty much everything.

just sent a request to the sales department for a refund if I've not heard back by this time tomorrow ill open a PayPal dispute

The upgrade is covered by the same 14 day refund policy as all licenses that we sell. If you're unhappy with the software for any reason, just email our licensing team and they can process a refund for you.
