[ADDED] Monotonic Top/Bottom infill

Hi,

Pleeeaaasseee guys. Implement the monotonic infill for the sold infill layers. It will make so much difference in the surface quality for top/bottom layers. Along with the suggestion I've made to control also the top/bottom solid layers infill extrusion width

I have been using dichromatic filament lately for several projects, this would be a huge improvement in the final appearance
