What do you guys recommend for the settings. I have the dual extruder from http://www.3dprinterworks.net

The CreatorBot uses a Bowden tube, therefore for Retraction settings you're probably going to want to use settings closer to the SeeMeCNC Orion or Ultimaker 2 since those printers also use Bowden tubes. How are your prints so far?
