Just installed version 5.

Simplify3d v5 shows the model centered on the build surface:

Once imported to Octoprint it is offset to the lower right corner. Settings were imported from v4 and worked.

If you print the part, does it actually end up in the middle of the bed?

I'm having the same issue. I used to have the origin in the middle of my printbed for IDEX reasons.
In V5 I am unable to find the "Origin offset" setting as it was present in V4 in Tools>Options>Machine.

Edit after first post: I found it in the process settings under the "Output" tab.
