I have checked the heat values in the process settings and both are fine.
Switch over to version 4 and 4 works fine. BIT STUCK
upgrade from 4 to v5
I am using a davinci XYZ 1.0 which I have been using for a good while now. I decided to upgrade to version 5 paid for the upgrade and installed the new software. The installation went fine and I used the data transfer option from 4 to 5. I import the old drawings and upload to the printer all fine. Printer receives the data and bed warms up and extruder warms up print head moves to position BUT WILL NOT PRINT.

Can you post the .3w file from V4 that works, and the one from V5 that doesn't? Maybe we can compare them to help find what's wrong.
Does the printer give you a specific error message when you try to print the V5 file?
