no profile is loaded if you open an STL on the desktop. (so it starts V5)

if you open V5 normally, then you will have a profile loaded.

Are you saying that there's no processes in the list on the left? Was there already processes in that list when you last shut down the software?

correct.

When I start the program normally. there is a process on the left.

But when the program is closed and I double click on an STL so it will open the program , then there is no process, and i need to assign a new process again.

Thanks for reporting this. I will be sure to share it with the team.

Did you by chance use V4 on this same computer? Does it have the same behavior?

This was fixed in our latest Version 5.0.1 release. Please update to the latest version of the software and it should now behave better when launching the program using a STL file.
