Connection error... really frustrating!!

Hi s3d team,

Been using this software for a few years now, but it's beginning to frustrate me and I'm looking for an alternative slicer...
however, before I drop s3d for good... one last chance.

I'm having continuous issues with basic things like logging into my account and assessing the "config assistant' to change printer profiles...

what is going on with your systems??
