I printed a part today for the first time with V5 on a Dremel 453D. Half way up the inside of the part, there was a layer that was filled in. Just a bunch of strings across the opening. The rest of the part printed fine.

i think i maybe having the same issue, when trying to print a cookie cutter, I slice the file and the slice preview is showing solid layers where the file has nothing. I've tried a few things and one thing I noticed oddly enough is that simplfy3d V4 slices the file just fine. so I believe there must be an issue here with the software.

Sounds like a non manifold issue with the 3D model itself...
