V5 screen grid

I wonder if this can be fixed? I use 10mm with 1mm subdivisions and previously it has been very handy. Now it appears the subdivisions are in some kind of 3D perspective view and do not line up? Not useful now.
I must say though I like this version.

Re: V5 screen grid

Can you provide a screenshot showing this issue? I know several of us in the office use custom grid line spacings, and we haven't noticed any issues ourselves.

Re: V5 screen grid

I used 10mm and 1mm for major and minor spacing, and mine seem to be lined up correctly. Can you share what operating system you are using? Can you also share what build volume and origin offsets your printer has (see the Output tab of your process settings)?

Re: V5 screen grid

Hi,
I am using windows 8.1.
Using an older CR10 printer with build settings of 300,300,350 and zero origin offsets.
Not really sure what I am doing ( old brain here ), but it worked before, so any help would be appreciated.

Thank you

Re: V5 screen grid

I just tried going to Help > Configuration Assistant, searched for the "Creality CR-10", and downloaded that profile. It has a build volume of 300 x 300 x 400 with zero for all the origin offsets. I then went to Tools > Options, went to the 3D View tab, and set the major spacing to 10mm and the minor spacing to 1mm. After making those change the grid lines looked fine to me. Each 10th light gray line coincides with one of the dark gray lines.

Can you follow those same steps and make sure you enter each of the same values? Does it look correct after you repeat those steps?
