dense support on custom Support while using adaptive layer heights

Hey Team, I found a bug when I am using the custom support. You can see that dense supports are generated on the spare support without any need when adaptive layer heights are activated.

Nice use of the new feature! I can see how that custom support would definitely help improve the print quality of the bottom half other model.
I will share the bug report with our team right away so they can look into it.
