Dense infill above bottom layers

The option to add dense infill under the top layer is amazing but it would also be amazing if it would be possible to add dense infill on top of the bottom layer, for example above larger overhangs.

I was thinking the exact same thing as I was slicing a model, this evening.

In the short term, I just created a process for the bottom portion of the printed model
that mimics the dense infill at the top of the printed model.

@S3D Team: Would be very handy and time-saving to have this feature added to
the next release. The feature itself could be implemented in a symmetrical/asymmetrical
fashion (i.e. separately control bottom and/or top dense infill).

Thanks!
