retracted moves crossing infill lines causing problems

My infill lines are not coming perfect and today while printing a larger part I noticed that there are certain non-print moves at the same place across layers and those are slightly disrupting the infill pattern with thin strings of filament. What can be done to avoid this?

you need to add z lift. in s3d is called "retraction vertical lift". usually one or two layer heights is sufficient
