Sounds like the software isn't being allowed to access the internet. Might want to check your firewall or network settings. If you have a corporate proxy you also need to make sure you configure that using the Network Settings button.
Nothing has changed with V4, even after the V5 launch, so if this problem just started happening it must be related to something else like a change in the network.
Thanks Jason, for some reason the App had the network connection changed to "Manual Connection" which does have an IP address which is the same a the PC address.
I changed it to "Auto" and also made sure it's not blocked by the firewall....
All good now..
