Unable to assign my second v5 license

Hi,

I just upgraded from v4 to v5 (two licenses) but after assigning my first v5 license I have no more access to manage and deactivate my v4 licenses.
While uninstalling S3D v4, the deactivation failed an now I cannot assign my second v5 license ???
Any suggestions?
