Machine Control Window features

I am using v5 and using the built in machine controller. When trying to access the firmware, there used to be a check box to able to stop the screen from streaming the code. This seems to be gone, so makes it impossible to get info from things like doing a Auto PID tune. Also the on the fly controls are now missing as well.
