Connect hangs with Printrbot/Printrboard?

I have a printrbot jr. altough it's a marlin, the connection hangs using Creator and doesn't with Repetier-host... using Mac Os X 10.8.3

Any recommendations?

What baud rate are you using? Can you post the communication log from Creator so we can see if there is any commands being sent back and forth.

As far as I can see it doesn't start the communication at all.

If I do connect with Repetier or OctoPrint even it does so.
