BambuLab P1P with textured plate & PETG settings

Hey everyone,
Does anyone have good settings or tips they could share for getting PETG to stick on a P1P or X1 with a textured build plate? I haven't been able to get a print to stick yet with Simplify3D, but it's working fine with Bambu Studio.
I've been using S3D for quite a while, but just recently updated to v5 because I'd love to use it with my P1P printers. I tried several prints with the stock "Bambu Lab P1P" profile and then adjusted the PETG auto-configure settings to match the temps & fan settings I was already getting great results with BambuStudio. I tried a few prints, but they popped off during the print.
I know that BambuStudio introduces a Z offset that varies depending on what plate you use. Digging through S3D's gcode, I didn't see anything that mirrored that. So, I added G29.1 Z-0.04 to the Starting script in S3D and also tried -0.08 (Bambu Studio uses G29.1 Z-0.04 for the textured plate Z offset). Neither seemed to make any difference though. It's possible I added it at the wrong place.
I could certainly start doing global Z offsets until I find the happy spot, but I was hoping someone has the perfect solution already figured out.
Anyone figure this out yet?
Thanks!
