Support missing layers (Simplify 4.12)

Hi, I have never come across this problem before and I have used Simplify3D since 2016. Currently slicing for a Modix Big Meter and Modix hasn't certified Simplify3D 5.0 for use on this config. About 5 layers are missing around layer 1500. (I print one support layer for every model layer so that isn't the issue) The only thing I do with tall free standing supports is change the angle/direction every 40 or 50 layers for 1 layer to make it a little more rigid.
