Please work on getting the ability to access the Creality Sonic Pad, as well as direct communication to the BamBuLab X1C and P1P being able to retain the Lidar calibrations on the X1C

What do you mean by access to the Sonic Pad? You can send files to the Sonic Pad from S3D now, is there something else you'd like to see?

I'm also interested, how to automatically load the gcode onto the SonicPad.

Thanks

many posts here describe how to do so following instructions for octoprint. You will not get the gcode preview however.

Version 5.1 added direct WiFi connection capabilities for the Sonic Pad. We have one in our office that we have been using extensively and it is working great. You can read about all the other features in Version 5.1 here:
https://www.simplify3d.com/products/sim ... rsion-5-1/

We'd be happy to look at adding support for the BambuLab printers in the future. Thus far we haven't seen much documentation for those APIs, so please let us know if there's any information that could assist with the effort.

How is the connection to the Sonic Pad established? The Machine Control configuration looks the same as in 5.0.2 - and I can't connect my Sonmic pad no matter which Port I try

We provide some suggestions on what port numbers to use here:
https://www.simplify3d.com/resources/faq/#quest-6354

For the Sonic Pad, it should be port 80 since it is Klipper based. Creality may not have the zeroconf discovery module enabled by default (meaning S3D cannot detect the IP address on it's own), but you can go into the network settings on the Sonic Pad to see the IP address and then enter that into Simplify3D manually. At that point it should be able to connect. If you're still having trouble, it might be good to make a dedicated thread on the troubleshooting subforum or email our team directly for help.
