If you want to create your own dual extrusion profile, I would recommend starting by going to Help > Configuration Assistant, click Next, then choose the option at the bottom for manually configuring the machine. Then you can enter all of the printer specs on the next page.

Version 5.1 added support for many new printers including the JGMaker Artist-D. You can download the pre-configured profile by upgrading to V5.1 and then going to Help > Configuration Assistant within Simplify3D.
