Simplify3D User Forum

I have a Creality Sermoon D3, very fun printer! I am able to connect to the device over my network using Creality Print software (which sucks btw).

I however am unable to connect to the machine over the network with Simplify3D. I've tried manually adding the IP address, tried different ports, etc. The web interface of the printer is coming up without issue. What's the trick to making this work with S3D?

I am unable to edit my original question but I will try to reword it here.

My Creality printer is wi-fi enabled. However, I am having trouble with getting Simplify3D 5.x to send g-code to the printer directly.

Is this a known issue and/or is there a workaround with using S3D and Creality WiFi-enabled printers?

I reached out to Creality and they were of absolute zero help.
