Licensing

Hello,

I've got a problem that i can not start my simplify3d v5 app. I installed it on another computer and everything is fine. After deactivating my license to log in on another PC the app won't start without a login screen just prompting that the maximum of licenses is reached.

So I had a look into my simplify3d account and there was no activated product.

How can I go back to the login screen without saying that the maximum of licenses are used? Even I haven't the choice to log in with another account?

Thanks for fast help, I need to use my printer because of industrial use.
