Sindoh 3DWOX 1 Print Height Problem

I just purchased Simplify3D V5 to use with my Sindoh 3DWOX 1. The problem that I am having is that the generated gcode file doesn't place the extruder near the build plate. It's hard to measure, but I think it's about 6mm away when it is trying to print, which results in a mess.
I've tried tweaking various parameters with no success. I've tried setting the global offset for the Z axis, but it won't let me enter anything more than 2 or 3mm. Same part prints perfectly with the 3DWOX slicer.
I'd sure appreciate some help, I've spent hours trying to solve this.
