Different starting z point from Cura and S3D?

Dear all,
I'm try to use S3D on my Longer LK5 Pro, loaded the S3D default printer profile and start a printing.
The first issue is about the Z position, with S3D the head go to touch the printing plate, but this is not the case with Cura where the distance is ok. What parameter I've to look in order to adapt S3D and then avoid the printer plane calibration, I'm missing some point?
Thank you!

So are you saying that S3D is printing too close to the bed? If so, you can just increase the Z axis global offset on the Output tab.

Thanks,
but it is sound strange to me because I'm only change from Cura to S3D with same model, all the other settings shall be the same...

Actually I'm printing at 0.1mm layer height, I've did a check about the first layer height, in Cura I've this setting:

so I've use same in S3D as below:

with I think same settings with the S3D gcode I can hear sometime a click into the extrusor so I think that the height is not enough and the material was blocked, may be also a setting about the Flow?

To perform a try I've increased the First layer height to 0.25mm.

About the Flow setting in Cura I've:

so it is set to 100%, it possible to see/check this value also in S3D?

The general Extruder settings are the same, Extruded Multiplier 1 and Nozzle 0.4 mm.

Thanks for your help!

Best regards
