1.1.2 Upgrade

Hi,

I uninstalled the Windows 32 bit version and installed the 64 bit version. Trying to start the program produces a 126 error - Could not load module. Box is a Windows 8 64 bit. Tried all kinds of iterations - reboot after uninstall - etc... Re-installed the 32 bit version and it's working fine.

Any ideas?

Thanks!

Re: 1.1.2 Upgrade

Can you confirm that you have both the 32 and 64-bit versions of the Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable installed (you can see this by going to Add/Remove Programs). If you have both of those installed could you provide a bit more detail about the exact error message you are seeing? What is the actual module it is referencing?

Re: 1.1.2 Upgrade

Both modules appear to be installed.

Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 x64 Redistributable - 10.0.40219
Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 x86 Redistributable - 10.0.40219

When I get a break in using the machine I'll go back and copy the exact error, but it was just as I stated above. Error # 126 - Could not load module in a dialog box.

Thanks!
Brad
