I added this support structure in 5.0.2:

And it will look like this:

But if i use 5.0.1 with the exact same settings, it will look like this:

interesting.. I am not seeing any difference.. are you sure you overhang angle is not set differently now ?

Can you post the factory file?

Can you also try re-download and re-installing the software to make sure it wasn't an installation problem?
