MakerBot Replicator+ won't take prints from Simplify

If anyone can help me with this, I have thrown everything I have trying to fix it and can't figure it out. So we got simplify to unify our firm's printers. The other printers are working fine, but when we try to send a print via USB to the MakerBot from Simplify, I receive Error 1500. According to MakerBot's website, I should update the firmware, but it's already on the latest version. I don't get this error of I send files from makerbots slicer. Any thoughts on what may be causing it?

Re: MakerBot Replicator+ won't take prints from Simplify

Have you tried going back to Help > Configuration Assistant, and re-downloading the stock profile for the Replicator+? We have this same printer in our office and we've done many prints over USB without seeing that same error.

If you still see the error after re-downloading the stock profile, can you let us know what exact firmware version you have on your printer?
