Part of Model behaves strange by slicing

Hello Support,

I found some strange behavior with the newly purchased Version 5 (5.0.2).

Slicing this model with Version 4 work multiple time without any problems.

With Version 5 depending on the angel (Z-Rotation) sometimes parts are missing, sometimes there are parts added and also some times there is strange artefacting.

You can see it in the picture I attached.

Top left STL Model.
Top right should look like this.
The rest... very strange.

I found out I have to rotate the object about 6° to get the correct slicing.

I hope you can fix this problem, if needet I can provide further information.

On my screen, it looked like the hole in the top actually protruded through the surface slightly. What happens if you make the hold slightly smaller in the CAD program and then re-export the STL?
