walls & infill

Hi all,
I am using 5.02. I would like to discuss walls & infill. I am making a Speaker Port Tube. I am learning a lot about using Corkscrew mode and extrusion width. I used Corkscrew mode and a 1.0mm extrusion width and it turned out EXCELLENT!!!! Not Near Perfect but PERFECT! Excited
.I have a round part that I want to only infill between Perimeters. What I am about to describe might be the wrong way to think about this issue/technique.... 2 Questions: Question #1; I would like let's say 3 Walls or 5 walls and between each wall have a certain amount of infill. So, 1 outer wall the infill(for a certain width, then a second wall, infill, then the 3rd inner wall. Also the each Wall would have a certain solid extrusion widths well. I have been using CURA for a while now and in CURA there is Infill and Walls. In CURA Infill is for crush Strength and Walls are for twist strength. I thought that if I could combine the 2 then I would have a really, really strong part. Although, my corkscrew print with 1.0mm Extrusion width and 120% extrusion flow rate came out REALLY Strong. I mean Really Strong. So is there a way to do this?
Question 2: If I print multiple Perimeters (tried 5 with no infill) I get each perimeter to print nicely but a fairly big space between each Perimeter. So, What I got was 5 2mm(Extusion Width) rings only tied together with one seam. Nice but not what I want. Even in CURA I would get multiple Perimeters/wall close to each other but not fused/tied to each other. And I could not find a way to tell the Perimeter to over lap. As I type this message sometimes I figure out the issue on my own. Should I print my part in 100% infill instead for Question #1? But for Question #2, what is the purpose of using 2 or more perimeter shells if the perimeter are not going to stick together? I have tried using the Overlap percentage up to 70% but nothing happens.
Thank You
