Cant configure more than 1 printer

Hallo, ive upgraded my 4.x licence to 5.x
I can't handle more than one printer. i've imported my cartesian .fff profies and added a new delta (flsun v400) printer through the configuration assistant. yeh it did. but it also deleted my old cartesian profiles. so ive uploaded them back and they are there, cartesian machine parameters are there too but .... lol only delta is shown even if I tell software to use the other profiles.
what ima doing wrong? is this a bug or what....
thank you so much for help

It's a little hard to understand your description. Can you post a screenshot of what you're seeing on your end?

If you click Edit Process Settings and expand the Select Profile drop down list, what printers are listed there?

Re: Cant configure more than 1 printer

Hi Jason, Good morning and thank you for your quick response.
While English is not my native language, I don't see what is less clear that by using 2 different profiles from a rectangular (Cartesian) printer and a Delta printer , I am not able to use simplify on both machines. On drop down list I can see all profiles I loaded Cartesian AND Delta but does not matter which one I choose it always acts as a delta (or better as the latest printer installed by the configuration assistant)!
Here is the attached photo where you can clearly see a rectangular profile set up but on the slicer window there is always an only the cylindrical Delta shape and coordinates! I do hope it's a lil bit more clear now ;)
Thanks for any help you may want to give me
Bye
Andrea

Re: Cant configure more than 1 printer

...after so many hours of latency to get a response that still hasn't come, with all due respect, I'm starting to think this “should be” a premium support, since this "should be" a premium software!
But I really feel abandoned!
Better for me to go back to 4.x or, maybe even better, who knows, direct me to other excellent software, moreover free!
Sad after so many years to see this decadence! Sorry but this is how I feel.

If you need to chat directly with our team, you can always contact them at the link below:

On the forum, there are many other users that can try to help, but I have to say I'm still having trouble understanding your question. If you need to configure more than one printer, then go to Help > Configuration Assistant, click Next, and then search for the printer you want to configure. After you repeat that process at least 2 times for your 2 printers, then you just click Edit Process Settings, and then choose the printer you want in the "Select Profile" drop down list.
