Simplify3D User Forum

Hi,

When V5 first came out I gave up on it because of issues. I saw that most issuers were addressed including the 3dlabprint plane problems. So I decided to give it another try and still see issues with 5.02. I have not seen any more complaints, so maybe I am missing a setting.

I saw the two setting to do both here and on 3dlabprints site and did those. I still see an issue with the sliced mode, see attached pic.

Is there something else I am missing?

I reset the software and did not import my previous settings like I did the first time. After setting up the printer an a new instance, it slices properly.

Glad you were able to solve the issue. We worked with 3DLabPrint several months ago to make sure our latest version worked well with their models, so for anyone that stumbles across this thread in the future, please be sure to follow the instructions that 3DLabPrint recommends on this page:
