Problems with gear print

I have a problem with a part for the wades extruder. One was sliced by KISSlicer and the other one S3D Creator. The S3 version is the one with the gaps next to the teeth at the top. How to I get it to be solid?

Re: Problems with gear print

I know its not an answer but is that nylon you are printing with?

What I have found is set the overlap to 10% and the min fill to 3 and it seems to help.

Re: Problems with gear print

I use outline overlap = 70% and minimum infill length = 0.

Re: Problems with gear print

I tried those setting and it didn't fix the problem. Got a little better but still had gaps.
