Snapmaker Artisan not in configuration assistant

The releases notes states the Snapmaker Artisan is added to the supported printers, but when running the assistant the only available options are:
- Snapmaker 2.0
- Snapmaker 3D Printer
- Snapmaker J1
Even the compatibility checker on the website says the artisan is fully supported and it says that, if the printer is not in the configuration tool, I need to update to the latest (I did), or contact the support directly and there is a provided link "contact us", which points me back to compatibility checker. You need to choose "Other" where you will have already filled in the reason for contact and the printer.

The profile is still not in the configuration assistant.
I have already sent 2 messages that I am still missing the Snapmaker Artisan profile.
Yet still waiting to receive even acknowledgement that they received any of my messages.
