[SOLVED] Thumbnails in display

Under Cura I can show thumbnails in the display.
In S3D I have made these settings, but no preview is displayed.
My printers are the Ender 3 v2 and v2 neo.
Am I doing something wrong or is this not working with my printers?

You have to use very specific encodings and thumbnail sizes for the image to display. We already released a profile for the Ender 3 V2 that should work without any changes. Go to Help > Configuration Assistant, type in "Ender 3 V2 Neo" and then download that profile. We have tested this with our own V2 Neo and it displays the thumbnails correctly.

Having same issues with the Ender 5S1 with SONIC PAD can you recommend settings?

The Sonic Pad is based on Klipper, so if you're using that with your printer try the following thumbnail settings:
Thumbnail encoding: "OctoPrint, Klipper, Sonic Pad..."
Thumbnail sizes: include 2 sizes - 32x32 and 300x300

Has this been tested on the Elegoo Neptune 4 ?
Tried the above settings but no preview showing.

Many printers require specific thumbnail resolutions, so the settings that work for one machine may not work with another.
I believe the issue in this thread is solved, but if you are still having trouble with your machine first try going to Help > Configuration Assistant within S3D to see if we already created a profile with thumbnail support. If you're still having trouble, please make a new thread.
