Simplify3D User Forum

Printing a specific Model which consistently warps. So to avoid that I selected to print with raft using the default raft configuration. When I select "prepare to Print" S3d start to slice then at about 3/4 mark crashes & disappears off screen. On restart the prior print (factory file) is loaded not the current one, so I have to start layout again. If I don't select raft then everything continues OK.

I have used different raft settings with same result. I am using a PC with Win 10

We just released Version 5.1.1 today that has several important bug fixes, including one that I believe will resolve the issue that you described.

Can you please go to Help > Check for Software Updates within Simplify3D to download the latest version and confirm if this fixes the issue?
