M2 temperature problem

Hi, for a while now whenever I try to print any object using the creator software during the print process the temp goes up past the designated temp and then it randomly falls down below the designated temp. I am only having this problem with the creator software as other slicers have worked and haven't been able to print with it for almost a month now. Any suggestions

My M2 exhibits the same behavior and it seems to be getting worse.

Can you post one of the sample G-Code files where you see this issue? Regulating the temperature is handled on the firmware side and the only time Creator will request the temperature to be changed is when a M104 (set extruder temp) or M140 (set bed temp) command is issued. You should be able to easily scan the G-Code file to find these commands.
