Toolbar/Iconset layout does not save

Hello,
i'm using the latest version and have the problem that i always have to move the icon-toolbar from right to left.
It does not save the position when exit-/restart the application. i want this staying on the left side for a reason.
Is this a bug or is there a way to save the position?
