Thin wall over extruded! Possible bug?

Hi all!
I enjoyed really much the new "thin wall behavior" feature, but i've experienced over extruded fill. I've tried 0% perimeter overlap, 10% and 40% with the same results. I attach a pict.
In the pict you can see that the base (2 perimeters, 20% infill) is perfectly extruded, while the top (witch has only 1 perimeter) is really over extruded and ugly.
Is this a software bug? How i can reduce the extrusion only of the thin-wall infill?

The machine is perfectly calibrated, printing with quality ABS. Everything is really nice, but not the thin wall infill.

Thank you for your attention,
regards.

version 2.2.1 or 2.2.0?

Version 2.2.0 had a bug with thin walls, 2.2.1 seems to have fixed it. The bug would print multiple layers at the same height of gap fill, it got worse the more bosses you had on the same layer.

I'm using 2.2.1 version of Simplify 3D.
I can send with private message the .factory file. I can not public this file/model. Who want to try, just ask me the file.
Anyway, it happens with any round thin wall (like cylinder). I do not test this feature with other shapes.

For now i've disabled this feature, and increased the extrusion width to match half of the width of the wall.
