[ADDED] Have 'FFF Settings' panel remember it's last state

I like the new release and the additions. With that came wider tabs and or a new tab. That means when you open the FFF Setting panel, the 'Advanced' panel is obscured and you have to resize the whole panel to see it and use it. That's fine. But, when I close it and reopen it the panel has snapped back to that default smaller state and I have to resize it again. I now find that I have to resize it every time I use the FFF Settings and that's a redundant task that would be unnecessary if it just remembered where it was left.

As of version 3.0, the FFF Settings window remembers it's last size, so you won't need to resize it every time.
