Can't get Simplify3D to launch

Hello all,

I have been having problems getting S3D to launch. By this I mean that I can get it to launch to the "select a printer" window and then it crashes several seconds later. I have been in frequent contact with S3D support, but to no avail. Here's what I've tried so far.
[*] Uninstalling and reinstalling S3D. If only it were this easy
[*] Uninstalling and reinstalling my graphics driver. My computer uses a Sapphire HD 6950 with 2 GB of RAM. Still doesn't work
[*] Cleaning the registry with CCleaner
[*] Removing the S3D folder from the registry with regedit. No dice.

Any other ideas? I'd really like to get this to work. Sometimes this results in a BSOD with the phrase BAD_SPOOL_HEADER or something about drivers.

I've been thinking about rebuilding and upgrading my system so this might be what pushes me over the edge for that.

I had/have a similar issue with it crashing. Also been in contact with support with no real success, on that front. I stumbled across my solution by chance.

I am not sure if it will help you, or it is specific to my PC setup, but here is what I do solve my issue when it happens.

I run with dual monitors. Try to move your desktop shortcut to the second monitor and launch it from there. If it launches successfully then make sure to move all your open S3D windows back on the main monitor completely and close the application. Move your shortcut back to the main window and launch the application again. I can reproduce the crash 100% of the time, on my system, by closing the application when any part of one of the S3D windows are on the second monitor. As long as the shortcut is on the same monitor where the window was last displayed it runs, otherwise it crashes until you move the shortcut. Note: also running the pinned shortcuts or from the application directory will also crash it, if the window(s) was left on the second window while closing the application. In this case you need to make a desktop shortcut and move it to the second monitor area.

Hello all,
I have same problem. But i have only one monitor. Dont know what to do thit this...
Version 2.1.2 works well, but 2.2.2 crash after launch.
When it will be fixed?
