Cyclops switching extruder from e3d

So, I'm running a small printer (Printrbot Metal Simple) and have been really interested in E3D's new color-switching hotend.

Reducing ooze, light weight print head, maintaining available build space, all good things on a small machine. I know my printrbot would require a second stepper driver (there's an expansion board available), but I'm wondering if S3D would have the tools to print from two extruders through one hotend.
