Make sure to export any profiles you want to keep so that you can re-import them later, then try going to Help > Reset All Settings

Yep, tried that. I own two licenses of S3D and have it installed on a Mac Mini, iMac and my Macbook. All three do the same thing.

I use s3d on a MacBook Pro and a Mac Mini and have yet to see this ever happen to me... Try going to:
/Users/your_username/Library/Application Support/Simplify3D/Creator

and delete all files in the Creator folder. You need to have hidden folders enabled to see /Users/your_username/Library, see this link:

That did the trick sort of. I was able to delete all the processes. However, once I created two new one's it went back to not being able to delete any of them. Me thinks bug... odd that it's the same way on all three of my Macs all running 2.2.1, One Mac running Yosemite and the other two Lion.

yeah i just checked on my imac and it doesnt do this either. i turn off s3d with 2 processes in place. i reopen it has 2 in place. if i delete them and close s3d, when i reopen i still have nothing listed. the 2 processes dont come back.
