Filament not adhering after few layers

Hi,
Bought simplify3d yesterday to use with my FlashForge Creator Pro. Try to print the model using rafts an after a few layers the inner perimeter started not to adhere properly. I tested printing with Slic3r with rafts, same bed and extruder temperature and it worked ok. Anyone know what could be causing this?
Thanks

Could you post a factory file, that would be helpful in troubleshooting. To do this, import the model, setup your settings, then go to File-->Save Factory File As
Then upload that, that way anyone who wants to help troubleshoot can see the part and settings you used to help make recommendations.

The file would be helpful. if this is not your first layer sticking and its up on the model somewhere then this will usually happen on a overhang. If you had a 45deg angle for instance, each layer would step over far enough that there would be verry little contact with the extrusion next to or below it so it wont stick. If this is the case then switch your print order to inside then outside, increase your extrusion width and lower your layer height slightly.

My checklist would be:
Too cool?
Under extruding?
Layer thickness too high?

I found my problem. I deleted fan controller and it appeared again when I reloaded a process and I haven'n noticed this so I printed ABS with fan 100%. I do not delete fan controller anymore and set it to 0% and now it goes fine. The reason of deleting fan controller was my printer default software use M107 code instead M106 code used by S3D.
