New feature: actual speed vs expected

I'm trying to tune my printer for speed at the moment and one of the hardest things to measure is accelleration and actual speed. I think it could be quite simple to take the display which tracks what has been printed in real time and adjust the colours to show the actual speed.
For bonus points I'd like it configured to either show deviation from expected (i.e. what the slicer thought it could do) or just the actual speed.
Showing accellerations is a bit more complicated and I'm not sure what to do there to be honest. I don't think there's any way to distinguish between accelleration move and move move.
