Best Settings for Da Vinci 1.0

Hello everyone. I just purchased a Da Vinci 1.0 and Simplify3D, and was wondering if anyone had some optimized settings they would like to share to get out the highest resolution prints. Print head speed, extruder and bed temps, etc. Whatever you have found that helps out. I'm keeping my firmware at the stock 1.2.3 as I know that may limit suggestions. I'm not new to 3D printing, but this is an entirely different beast than the Stratasys Objet 24 that I'm using at work.
Thanks!

I'm also on a quest to find settings that work as well as stock. I started with the default, but, set my temps to stock (210 and 90) and think that the speeds just need to be dialed-in better. A lot of what I print is structural (so fast/rough is fine), but, would like to be able to get some parts pretty/clean.

Yep. Upped my bed temp from the default 80 to 90 when I started to see consistent warping on some longer/thinner parts.
Has anyone tried to run the calibration through Simplify3D vs the auto calibration? I need to do it, but didn't know which would be best.

I posted this in another thread but will also post it here. I get great prints with it. I am not sure it is the best but it works well for me.

Thanks for the profile post. I noticed its set for PLA. Will these settings work with ABS? I also noticed your bed temperature settings. Do you find you get curling with the 80 degree temp? When I started printing and kept the whole thing at 80, I was getting consistent curl on wide prints. When I upped it to 90 for the entire print, it went away. Perhaps yours is more efficient?

I print nothing but ABS with it and it works fine. I do change the temps depending on how tall the object Is. Some times I start at 100 and then have S3D drop the temps to 80 for the last 3 layers. The main reason I use this profile is the first layer settings and all the speed settings. Even though PLA is what is showing I use it for ABS. All the PLA Setting does is set the temps.
