Guys,

I am trying to print some parts that preview fine but the toolpath prints them incomplete ?
Never had this problem before, can anyone help ?

Take a look at the rendering on Thingiverse. Kinda fubar in those areas...



Maybe run it through netfabb first and see.

Yup, the STL models look like they have several issues.

Yep, the author has now re-done them

On a side note whenever I try the identify non-manifold edges on the mac version (latest) it always just crashes ?

Hmm.. it has never crashed on my mac when checking for non-manifold. What hardware do you have? Does it only crash on a particular mode, or is it every model?
